A free two-day festival to help people get active, creative and offer much-needed support services.
There will be four different zones set up in the Courtyard of The Piece Hall, Halifax, themed around Active, Creative, Support and Wellbeing.
Try your hand at all-adapted cycling, dancing, tai chi, wheelchair basketball and yoga. You can also enjoy mindful colouring and stone carving, as well as other calming artistic activities.
There will be food pop-ups, community choirs, local musicians and support services such as Basement Recovery Project, Healthy Minds and Samaritans.
