ROKT Climbing Gym aims to provide a safe, energised, social atmosphere while fulfilling all your climbing needs.
Choose from taster sessions, and boulder and rope inductions and courses.
There are also kids’ clubs, where they can learn to climb and meet other children. ROKTLINGS (age 5-6) and NICAS (age 7).
Fun-packed kids’ parties last for an hour-and-a-half and include games, bouldering and roped climbing activities with an instructor. Indoor caving is also available.

Hippopottery is a mobile paint your own pottery studio based in the Shibden Valley. Suitable for all ages, you can choose from a wide range of pottery pieces to paint and create gorgeous keepsakes. All pots, paints, brushes and stencils are supplied and pots are glazed, fired and returned within one week.
Indoor karting arena where children aged 5+ can race around on two different types of kart. There is a little track with mini vehicles for under 5s too, as well as air hockey, pool, a seating area and food. Booking advised. Birthday parties available.

This is a lovely tropical garden with plenty to keep kids entertained (particularly on a cold or rainy day as it is very warm in the tropical greenhouse!) .
There are reptiles, spiders and insects to see, as well as snakes and bats. The butterflies fly around freely and the Meer Cats are fantastic.
