Our motto is simple; “make it more fun”. We do this by delivering our specifically designed programme for each age group with energy, enthusiasm and excitement. This creates an atmosphere in the class that is totally unique and engaging for parents and children alike.

What to expect from our classes…

“Be prepared to run across the jungle, wade through the quick sand or sprint through Rugbytots Valley avoiding all the smoking boulders. Get ready to protect your egg, launch a missile or attack the pirates and seize the ship, all this of course, whilst trying to avoid the evil side lines!”

Owen Farrell England Rugby Union Captain:

“Rugbytots’ fun and exciting classes really engage the children and provide a fantastic introduction into the game of rugby. I would recommend getting involved.”

The Classes…

Age 2 – 3.5:  Our toddler classes require full parent participation. This offers a fantastic opportunity for you and your child to spend quality time together. The activities for toddlers teach your child about shapes, colours, numbers and counting.

Age 3.5 – 5:  These classes begin to introduce children to Rugby and the specific skills involved, providing a positive environment for children to discover a new world of sporting imagination.

Age 5 – 7:  These classes gently introduce the basic rules of Rugby. Our activities for 5-7-year olds focus on fun, encouragement, building self-esteem and confidence.

Brods Tots Rugby Classes

Kids fancy giving rugby a try?

With the World Cup currently on our screens, are the kids getting interested in giving rugby a go?

The Old Brodleians in Hipperholme has a great reputation for being a welcoming and family-friendly rugby club and they are currently recruiting boys and girls of all ages from three years up.

Their tots classes are aimed at 3, 4 and 5 year olds and take place at 9.30am every Sunday (for more details visit www.fb.com/BrodsTots). After that there’s a junior team at every school year from the Under 6s through to the Under 19s.

Don’t think for one minute that rugby is just for boys as it’s one of the fastest growing female sports in the country at the moment!

Boys and girls play in the same teams until they are 12 years old. The dedicated girls section then starts with the ‘Old Brods’ Under 13s, Under 15s and Under 18s teams.

For more details simply visit www.fb.com/OldBrods or www.oldbrodleians.co.uk
