Come along and join us in the church hall underneath the Methodist Church. We have fun every week, a great selection of toys, ride ons, craft and art activities plus chat and support for the grownups. We start with a playtime, pause with a snack and drink, continue to play and do crafts and we end with a sing song.

Yorkshire Born Yorkshire Fed 5* Weaning Workshop covers all you need to know about introducing solid food as well as providing support throughout your weaning journey. Ideal for parents and carers of babies 4-7 months. Whether you are just starting to think about weaning or have just already begun, the 2 hour session is full of hints, tips and tricks that will leave you feeling confident about starting this new exciting phase.

We are now able to run our fabulous face-to-face workshops whilst also continuing to deliver our very popular sessions on Zoom.  Private sessions can be arranged  (in person or online) for small groups of friends.

The workshops are welcoming and interactive, we encourage any questions so you leave feeling confident about the next step, this also includes follow-up support for as long as you need.

Sophie, the founder, is an experienced Infant Feeding Advisor having worked for ten years in the NHS delivering weaning training to parents, children’s centre staff and health professionals. Yorkshire Born Yorkshire Fed has now expanded to meet demand with a team of trained knowledgeable staff, who are all mums themselves. They all have Nutrition training/backgrounds and are ready to guide you through.

Mini Massage

Mini Massage courses are sociable, relaxed and fun. The course is open to infants from birth up to pre-crawling and guides you through a step-by-step massage routine, which combines a balance of relaxing and stimulating massage, reflexology techniques and yoga movement.
