Pregnancy Yoga: Gentle stretching and strengthening to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy. Fridays, 6.15-7.30pm, The Todfellows Space, Todmorden, OL14 5PU.
Mum and Baby Yoga: Rebuild and stabilise core muscles after pregnancy and birth. Stretch out tired limbs, eat cake, drink tea, meet other mums and relax. Tuesdays, 10.30am-noon (The Bridge Pilates Studio, Hebden Bridge); Fridays, 10.45am-noon (The Wellness Space,Todmorden). Courses every half term.
