Free drop-in exercise sessions at North Bridge Leisure Centre, Halifax, both before and after you have your baby!
Ante natal sessions last an hour and a quarter as part of a 5 week programme. You can then receive an Active Lifestyles card, which enables a further 12 weeks of free exercise, including free gym, swimming and fitness classes at Calderdale Council’s Leisure Facilities. After 12 weeks, these activities are available at Passport to Leisure rates for a further 9 months. The card can be issued either before or after you have had your baby.

Post natal sessions: You can bring your baby to this weekly drop-in exercise session, as long as baby is secure and not yet crawling.
Sessions last 45 minutes and can be aerobic, circuit or toning based.

Pregnancy yoga classes include postures, movement, breathing and relaxation specifically for pregnancy and to promote vitality and well being for mother and child.
