Hello and congratulations!
I am a practising midwife with over 10 years’ experience. I have a passion for promoting normality and supporting women and their birth partners to have a safe and positive birth experience. I am a registered Pregnancy Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
I run weekend workshops and retreats combining pregnancy yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath control) and meditation techniques with in-depth sessions on birth preparation and antenatal/postnatal education.
The workshops cover traditional antenatal parent education alongside a wealth of gentle and natural coping techniques to assist and empower mums and birth partners through pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. No further antenatal classes needed! The courses also offer an introduction to the use of Rebozo for pregnancy and labour.
