Aquanatal, mum and baby aquafit and exercise sessions at Calderdale’s leisure centres.

ÂŁ5.20 per session (ÂŁ4.20 PTL), or free if you have a Lifestyles membership .

Aquanatal: Mondays, 9.30-10.15am, Brighouse Pool.

Mum and Baby Aquafit: Mondays, 10.15-10.45am, Brighouse Pool. Wednesdays, 3-3.30pm, Sowerby Bridge Pool. Thursdays, 1.45-2.15pm, Todmorden Sports Centre.

Mum and Baby Exercise: Wednesdays, 11.15am-12.15pm, North Bridge Leisure Centre. Thursdays, 2-3pm, Brighouse Pool.

Buggy4Fitness

Buggy4Fitness is a fun, hour-long outdoors, postnatal workout, focussing on a wide variety of postnatal-specific exercises. Mums of all fitness levels are welcome. You can join as early as 6-10 weeks after birth.

Sessions include: Buggy4Fitness, HIIT, FitnessMix and Strength & Conditioning. Venues include Manor Health, Wellholme Park, The Stray and Play Palace.

Easy Health Champion Walks

Easy walks with health champions from Todmorden Health Centre every second Monday of the month.

Meet at 9.45am, set off at 10am.

Gentle, free aqua class for mums and dads to exercise with baby in the pool.

Mum and Baby/Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga &  mum and baby yoga classes.

Pregnancy Yoga: Gentle stretching and strengthening to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy. Fridays, 6.15-7.30pm, The Todfellows Space, Todmorden, OL14 5PU.

Mum and Baby Yoga: Rebuild and stabilise core muscles after pregnancy and birth. Stretch out tired limbs, eat cake, drink tea, meet other mums and relax. Tuesdays, 10.30am-noon (The Bridge Pilates Studio, Hebden Bridge); Fridays, 10.45am-noon (The Wellness Space,Todmorden). Courses every half term.

Mum and Baby Yoga – Turtle Yoga

Mum and baby yoga class focussing on helping mum strengthen the muscles that were stretched during labour while increasing core stability and body confidence.

Babies are incorporated into some of the poses and included in relaxation and breathing work.

Time to socialise at the end.

Mum and babies exercise class. Fun, friendly and suitable for all levels of fitness.

Mum’s Team Walks

Friendly walk and chat around Wellholme Park on Fridays, every fortnight, followed by a brew and biscuits at Wellholme Children’s Centre.
