ANGELA ROGERS
BSc(Hons) Dip Hb(KGH)
Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy!
My name is Angela Rogers and I’m a mum, a practising midwife and qualified hypnobirthing teacher.
I’m passionate about supporting mothers, preparing their mind and body for labour and birth in a calming, relaxed way.
Hypnobirthing reduces the fear surrounding childbirth, providing techniques to help your mind lead your body towards a positive birth experience, whatever that experience may be.
You will learn breathing exercises, deep relaxation, visualisations, massage, how to release fear and build confidence, and more.
You will also gain the knowledge to understand your options and the implications of the choices you make.
I also offer one-off sessions on baby basics and feeding your baby, as well as bespoke postnatal care packages, tailored to your needs.
Classes:
I can travel within a 15 mile radius free of charge, and offer a FREE taster session or telephone consultation.
Gentle, free aqua class for pregnant women.
